SUMMARY:Annual Meeting 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Buffalo Orienteering Club Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday\, April 25th at Stohrer’s Lodge in Emery Park. All club members and 2025 Map Hike participants are invited to attend and are encouraged to bring a guest or two who would like to learn more about orienteering and the club. \nWe will begin at noon with lunch. Hot dogs and veggie burgers are provided. We ask that you bring a side dish\, snack\, or dessert to share. Bring your own beverage of your choice. \n2026 Map Hike kits will be for sale at the annual meeting before they will be available anywhere else. \nFollowing lunch\, the meeting will last about 30 minutes and include: \n\nWelcome & President’s report\nTreasurer’s report\n2025 Map Hikes finishers recognition & prize drawing (must be present to win)\n2026/2027 Club Board & Officer elections\nUpcoming meet schedule review and volunteer needs\n\nFollowing the meeting we will be offering beginner and intermediate guided map hikes. \nPlease RSVP to orienteeringbuffalo@gmail.com so that we can plan for food. \nWe are excited for the upcoming orienteering season and look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting!
