After completing a map hike you can digitally submit your card using this this form. The form allows you to upload an image of the map hike card and will require you to sign into a Google account. You can also use the form even if you are mailing in your card. You simply input your information and choose the option to mail in your card. The Google form will help us gather map hike participants information so we can easily recognize anyone who completed map hikes at our annual meeting in April.
